Vintage adjustable wrench made by the Peck, Stow & Wilcox company’s Cleveland, Ohio factory. The company was formed through an 1870 merger between S. Stow co., Peck-Smith Mfg. co., and Roys and Wilcox co., whose separate histories date back as far as 1790.
